What you need to be successful:
We’re looking for people who are compassionate, reliable, and genuinely committed to supporting others to live their best lives. While each role may have specific requirements, the qualities below are essential across the board:
A genuine passion for empowering people with disabilities
A caring, respectful, and person-centred approach to support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to adapt, stay calm, and respond to individual needs
Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
A commitment to upholding dignity, safety, and choice at all times
Depending on the position you apply for, you may also need to provide - or willing to obtain
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
A Working with Children Check (if applicable)
First Aid and CPR certification
Relevant qualifications or experience
Evidence of the right to work in Australia
NDIS orientation module “Quality safety and you” completion certificate
Completed training in areas such as Manual Handling, Infection Control, or High Intensity Supports (role dependent)
